Debbie Pern... club manager/secretary

Debbie Pern joined Deeside Golf Club in September 2004 as the Club’s first professional Club Manager/Secretary. Previously she had worked at the Craibstone Golf Centre and this coupled with many years experience in the catering industry were invaluable in recruiting, training and developing a new team.
In December 2004 the relocation to a new Clubhouse – the largest single change in the Club’s 101 –year history was managed and controlled by Debbie.
The universally acclaimed success of the new premises owes much to Debbie’s infectious enthusiasm and management skills.
Debbie plays golf (not as regularly as she would like), is a member of the GCMA (Golf Club Managers Association) and also enjoys singing with the Aberdeen Chorus – Sweet Adelines International.
Carol Henderson... accounts and administration assistant

Carol Henderson joined Deeside in 2005 as Accounts and Administration Assistant bringing many years of experience in book keeping and accounts.
Carol also deals with the many aspects of Clubhouse life on a daily basis with dedication and a cheery smile.
eric boyd... head chef

Head Chef Eric Boyd joined Deeside in 2005 after spending many years as second chef at Palm Court Hotel. Eric continues to maintain that the standard you have come to expect at the club.
He has created a selection of menus to suit all tastes. Be it a Bacon Roll, a function for 100 or a gourmet evening, Eric carefully selects the right local ingredients to ensure you enjoy a quality meal.
Stewart Greenhalgh... front of house supervisor

Front of House Supervisor Stewart Greenhalgh joined Deeside in February 2009 after spending time with the Thistle Hotel. Stewart’s experience in Customer service has ensured that the professional and personal touch is never far way.
