    Club Manager / Secretary

    Debbie joined Deeside Golf Club in September 2004 and has just celebrated 10 years in her role. Previously she had worked at Craibstone Golf Centre and this coupled with many years’ experience in catering industry were invaluable in recruiting, training and developing a new team.

    In December 2004 the relocation to a new clubhouse – the largest single change in the Clubs 101 year history was managed and controlled by Debbie.

    The universally acclaimed success of the new premises owes much to Debbie’s infectious enthusiasm and management skills.

    Debbie plays golf, is a member of the GCMA (Golf Club Managers Association), the CMAE (Club Managers Association of Europe) and is currently completing her CCM (Certified Club Manager) diploma. She was awarded the Club Manager of the Year in 2014 by the GCMA which is a great achievement not only for Debbie but for the club.

    She also sings with the Aberdeen Chorus – Sweet Adelines International.

    Carol Henderson

    Accounts & Administration Assistant

    Carol Henderson joined Deeside in 2005 as Accounts and Administration Assistant bringing many years of experience in book keeping and accounts.

    Carol also deals with the many aspects of Clubhouse life on a daily basis with dedication and a cheery smile.

    Head Chef

    Mark Ross has been head Chef for over five years. His professional approach in the kitchen along with his creative spirit has ensured a consistent high quality reputation over the years. Mark and his second chef Paul Galloway create menus to suit all tastes, including all types of different dietary requirements. Members, Guests and Visitors can be assured that the high standards expected at Deeside will be continued with Mark at the helm.

    Stewart Greenhalgh

    Food and Beverage Manager

    Front of House Supervisor Stewart Greenhalgh joined Deeside in February 2009 after spending time with the Thistle Hotel. Stewart’s experience in Customer service has ensured that the professional and personal touch is never far way.
